Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead efforts in acquiring new business and expanding our market presence. This role is critical in advancing ZoykPay’s mission to revolutionize the digital economy by establishing strong partnerships and bringing in new clients.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ZoykPay’s client base
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional strategies
Track sales performance and provide regular reports on targets and progress
Provide input on branding, advertising, and communication strategies to maximize reach and engagement
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery
Undertake any other related tasks and responsibilities assigned by senior management or required by the role
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales or business development, with a focus on client acquisition
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage complex business projects
Ability to drive results and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional teamwork
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
