Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with expertise in real estate transactions? Broadleaf Urban Properties is looking for a Conveyancing Officer to join our team and ensure smooth property transfers for our valued clients.
Location: Head Office, Lusaka

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and process legal documents related to property transactions
Conduct due diligence on property titles and ownership verification
Liaise with clients, legal bodies, and government authorities for seamless conveyancing
Handle property registrations, transfers, and title deed processing
Provide legal guidance on land acquisition and property laws
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and legal paperwork
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing or property law
Strong knowledge of Zambian real estate laws and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
