Uptiphic Creative Limited is a branding, printing, media (photography, videography etc) and creative solutions company. We provide high-quality design, printing, and promotional branding services for businesses and corporate clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing to help us grow by securing corporate deals and increasing revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Acquisition

Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new corporate clients.
Build strong relationships with businesses to expand Uptiphic Creative’s market presence.
Actively generate leads through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.

Marketing & Business Growth

Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Utilize digital marketing, social media, and offline strategies to attract clients.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

PERFORMANCE & REPORTING

Set and meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
Provide reports on sales performance and client engagement.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Proven success in executing marketing campaigns and closing deals.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Academic Qualification in Sales, Marketing or any related field.
Experience in branding, printing, or corporate marketing is an added advantage.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary: K3,500 – K5,000
Commission /Performance Bonuses
