The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) department at Tiko is seeking a research consultant to undertake the following tasks:
Draft a protocol for evaluating Tiko’s work in Zambia
Manage Client Exit Interview surveys (CEIs) in Zambia
Support the recruitment of study enumerators for the evaluation of Tiko’s programme in Zambia
Support the recruitment of a supplier to undertake CEIs
Oversee data collection for the evaluation off Tiko programme in Zambia
Support the reporting of the CEIs and evaluation data
