BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – ICT DIVISION
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business, ICT, or Marketing (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development and team leadership.
Solid knowledge of B2B sales and tendering processes
Proficient in Zoho CRM or other CRM tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead sales and marketing strategy.
Drive B2B growth across private and public sectors.
Oversee tendering and government procurement processes.
Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
Use Zoho CRM (or equivalent) for sales tracking and reporting
Provide regular reports to Regional Manager and Head Office
