House Assistant ManagerÂ
We are seeking a dedicated House Assistant Manager with a background in Education Psychology , Nursing ,Adult Education and Psychology or Clinical Medicine to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the house
Must be able to reside at the house premises.
Manage house staff and ensure efficient performance
Develop and implement educational programs for clients in the house
Provide counseling and support services as needed
Coordinate activities and schedules.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Adult Education and Psychology 0r Educational Psychology, Diploma or Degree in Nursing, clinical medicine
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Ability to multitask and Flexibility
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
