Broadleaf Urban Properties is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate professionals to join us!
Administrative Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
• Assisting with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
• Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Supporting procurement processes and maintaining office supply inventory

• Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service

Administrative Assistant – Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma in Business Administration or any Business-Related Course
• Grade 12 Certificate
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of  Education: Associate Degree
