JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers, identifying and resolving complex automotive problems, and driving sales growth through product knowledge and recommendations. And, assuming full ownership of the operations of the Shop/Store

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (MAIN DUTIES)
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive parts for all types of cars the business deals in, including their application, function, and compatibility.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to meet customer needs on parts and accessories that are mostly and highly sought after.
Sales Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by selling automotive parts and accessories to customers, including individual vehicle owners, mechanics, and repair/garage shops.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise and participating in periodical stock counts.
Order Processing: Process customer orders, including handling payments, creating invoices, and arranging deliveries.
Returns and Warranty Claims: Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

a. Skills/ Attributes

(i) Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
(ii) Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
(iii) Sales and Marketing: Ability to sell and promote products effectively.
(iv) Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and issues.
(v) Organizational: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
(vi) Physical: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy parts and equipment.
b. Academic Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in auto mechanics  and/or sales and marketing qualification.

c. Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:

2 years in automotive industry
