Job description
Background
We are looking for a honest, dynamic and experienced Clinician to join our pharmacy team as a Salesperson. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background, excellent customer service and sales skills, and a passion for healthcare and cosmetics sales.
Location: Chalala, Lusaka
Work Hours:
– Monday to Friday: 14:00 hrs – 22:00 hrs
– Saturday: 08:00 hrs – 22:00 hrs
– Sunday: 10:00 hrs – 21:00 hrs
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct basic health check-ups and provide medical advice to clients.
– Assist in ordering and managing stock of medicines and other pharmacy products.
– Market and sell a range of cosmetics and wellness products using various platforms
– Offer excellent customer service and product recommendations.
– Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintain proper documentation.
– Ensure prudent accounting of sales records and documentation
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy Technologist, General Medical Practitioner or Registered Nurse.
– Licensed by the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ).
– Minimum 2 years of work experience in a clinical or pharmacy setting.
– Strong sales and marketing skills, including cosmetics.
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
