Job description
This position reports to a Supervisor or Team Lead
Tele sales agent/ Tele Collectors are required to meet agreed SLA’s by assisting and retaining customers.
Skills Requirement:
1. Must have completed Grade 12.
Certificate in Marketing, Business studies or any other (is an added advantage)
2. Excellent Communication Skills
3. Ability to articulate product/ service benefits effectively.
4. Persuasiveness
5. Adapting to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
6. Projecting confidence and enthusiasm.
