Job Title: Motor cycle Rider/Delivery Officers
Unit/Section: Operations
Reporting Line: Branch Manager – Lusaka
Station: Lusaka
Type of Employment: One (1) Year Contract

Overall Purpose
To transport and deliver packages & documents.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

1. Safely operating a motorcycle to transport packages and documents
2. Follow designated routes and meet delivery targets on a daily basis
3. Interact with customers and provide excellent service
4. Maintain accurate records of deliveries done on a particular day
5. Mail pick-up and drop-off deliveries
6. Perform basic motor cycle maintenance and report any short coming
7. To carry out any other lawful duties as maybe assigned by the supervisor

3. Ability to work with minimum supervision
4. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
5. Good written and spoken communication
6. Must be of sober character

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Full Grade Twelve (12) certificate
2. Valid Motor Cycle License Class “A” or equivalent
3. At least two (2) years’ experience as Motor Cycle Rider
4. Proven track record of safe riding and delivery
5. Basic mechanical knowledge of Motor Cycle will be an added advantage
