APP Operation Officer

Job description

We are looking to hire an application Operation Officer to handle the day to day management and marketing of their soon to be launched transportation app.
Location: LUSAKA
Salary: NEGOTIABLE

Role Overview: Promote the app and penetrate the market as a new service provider
-Maintain customer satisfaction and improve the app using customer feedback and recommendations
-Maintain proper relationship with authorities, clients and all other stakeholders
-Brand building and maintenance of customer base.
-Carry out all necessary marketing research and activities to expand the app to new markets

REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or public relations from a reputable university.
– ⁠Atleast one year experience with a transportation service like Go, Yango etc
– ⁠Ability to engage in digital and social media marketing with proven track record

– Self Motivated and proactive
– ⁠26- 30 years old
– ⁠Mild temperament
– ⁠Creative thinker and great writer
– ⁠Active social media presence and interactions
– ⁠excellent communication skills
