Job description
We are looking to hire an application Operation Officer to handle the day to day management and marketing of their soon to be launched transportation app.
Location: LUSAKA
Salary: NEGOTIABLE
Role Overview: Promote the app and penetrate the market as a new service provider
-Maintain customer satisfaction and improve the app using customer feedback and recommendations
-Maintain proper relationship with authorities, clients and all other stakeholders
-Brand building and maintenance of customer base.
-Carry out all necessary marketing research and activities to expand the app to new markets
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or public relations from a reputable university.
– Atleast one year experience with a transportation service like Go, Yango etc
– Ability to engage in digital and social media marketing with proven track record
PERSONAL TRAITS
– Self Motivated and proactive
– 26- 30 years old
– Mild temperament
– Creative thinker and great writer
– Active social media presence and interactions
– excellent communication skills
