WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities:
Maintain thorough and precise record-keeping systems for both financial and administrative processes.
Demonstrate excellent management skills to oversee daily office operations and address challenges proactively.
Generating invoices using ZRA smart invoices.
Sourcing materials from both local suppliers and across boarders
Generating quotes, writing purchase orders and delivery notes
Generating customer statements as well as sending and receiving emails on behalf of the company.
Generate reports based on the recorded data
Key Qualifications:
Must be male.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a related field.
Any qualification in accounting, business administration, or related discipline will be considered an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Skills and Attributes:
Exceptional record-keeping abilities, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficient in basic banking procedures and financial management.
Strong team management and leadership skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
