Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports to: Country Sales Manager (Administrative)
Senior Sales Executives (Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

Regular communication with listed customers
Prospecting for new customers and updating LIT Sales
Receiving and attending/escalating customer inquiries / queries / Complaints / Compliments
Documenting all customer inquiries / queries / Complaints / Compliments.
Soliciting for van sales preorders
Creation of weekly Route & Travel Plans for van sales
Coordinating between Customers & Van Sales Executives during operations.
Sales data analysis and Reconciliation Reports
Daily and weekly van sales performance reports
Reception Duties
Receiving of items from Suppliers and dispatching supplied items to other stations.
Other assigned duties.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Certificate in insurance with an added advantage in Sales and Marketing.
Member of the Zambia Institute of marketing
Excellent listening skills uses appropriate probing techniques to facilitate clear understanding of queries and thus provide appropriate and accurate solutions to customer queries.
Good typing speed and computer skills, particularly with regard to Microsoft office applications good communication skills including a clear voice; and fluency in English and local languages pertaining to the respective location.
