What You’ll Do
As a People Operations Intern, you’ll support key HR and employer branding efforts, including:
✅ Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
✅ Researching modern talent management and HR best practices.
✅ Creating content and reports based on research for leadership review.
✅ Implementing new internal processes and HR initiatives.
✅ Promoting the Culturelligence brand on social media.
✅ Collaborating across teams on various HR projects.
✅ Supporting leadership with key activities and initiatives.
