Job description

Kafubu Water and Sanitation Company Limited is a Water Utility Company on the Copperbelt Province, providing quality water and sanitation services to its customers in Ndola, Luanshya and Masaiti. In its continued strides to sustain and improve service delivery to its esteemed customers, the Company seeks to employ highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals in the position of:

SECURITY SUPERINTENDENT G5 X 1 (CONTRACTUAL)

Location: Ndola

Department: Humam Resource and Administration

Reporting To: Administration Officer

Overall purpose of the job

Coordinates and undertakes establishment of security systems and procedures for the purpose of crime prevention and investigation

Key responsibilities among others include:

Coordinating and undertaking establishment of systems and procedures for the purpose of crime prevention in order to maintain a secure environment through ensuring the security of premises and other Company property.
Investigations of all acts of crime, or any losses incurred against the Company, Staff and clients in order to determine those responsible and proceed with any necessary prosecution/recovery of losses.
Monitoring and appraising of hired security service providers in order to ensure the security of Company property.

Qualifications and experience

Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate
Diploma in Security or Equivalent
2 Years Experience at a senior level in security policing in a reputable organisation
