Job description

Our Client a fast growing fashion retail organization is on the lookout for a dedicated I.T Support professional who will play a crucial role in ensuring technology systems and services are running smoothly across the organization. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can troubleshoot technical issues, provide assistance to end-users, and help maintain their IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications i.e. Microsoft installation, office installation.
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance ( Software and Hardware), and assist with network maintenance tasks.
Good understanding of backup and restore procedures.
Management of Time and attendance softwares.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems.
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, including upgrades and new technology deployments.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and user guides.
Provide training to end-users on new systems and applications, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize technology use.
Printer configuration.
Collaborate with other IT team members to support ongoing IT initiatives and service improvements.
Respond promptly to service tickets and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT support role or similar position.
Knowledge on Infra, system configuration.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Hands-on experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
