Position: Warehouse Contractor
Location: Lusaka

About Us:
PlantCatalyst Zambia Limited, a subsidiary of CAW Industries Limited, is dedicated to providing innovative agricultural solutions that improve crop production and sustainability. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage and oversee all operations within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all production activities in the PlantCatalyst warehouse.

2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are consistently updated.

3. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

4. Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety and quality standards.

5. Implement and manage warehouse systems for efficiency and accountability.

6. Conduct regular stock checks and prepare inventory reports.

7. Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and production teams for smooth operations.

8. Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or production activities.

2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

4. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.

5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

6. Physical ability to lift and move stock as needed.

Contract Details:

This is an independent contractor role and not an employment position.

Contract terms and remuneration will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
