Direct Sales Agents

Job description

Panda Africa, a financial institution committed to fostering economic mobility for all Zambians by offering finance that is both affordable and easily accessible, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents in all Provinces.

Responsibilities:

Promote Panda Africa’s loan services to potential clients in all provinces .
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Educate clients on loan products, terms, and conditions.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Possess a smartphone for communication and reporting purposes.
Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Patient, persuasive, and able to handle objections effectively.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
