– Proven teaching and administrative experience
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Computer literacy and knowledge of Jolly Phonics
– Ability to train and orient staff
– Strong writing and analysis skills

Responsibilities
As Headteacher, you will be responsible for:

– Providing strategic leadership and vision for the school
– Managing the school’s curriculum, teaching, and learning programs
– Leading and managing the school’s staff
– Building and maintaining relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the wider community
– Ensuring the school’s policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to
