Job description
Panda Africa Solutions is looking for a Loan Officer to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for finance, strong sales skills, and the ability to assess loan applications, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and process Auto Loan and SME Loan applications
Conduct client evaluations and ensure compliance with lending criteria
Build strong relationships with clients to drive loan uptake
Follow up on loan repayments and manage a portfolio of clients
Provide financial advisory services to potential and existing clients
Requirements:
Full Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Experience in loan processing or sales is an added advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and goal-oriented
Must have their qualifications verified by ZAQA
At least 1-2 years work experience in a Microfinance industry
