Security Manager

Job description

A leading group of companies in Zambia is seeking a proactive and experienced Security Manager to oversee and enhance the security operations across its business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and risk management strategies.
Oversee security operations, including personnel, assets, and infrastructure protection.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with security regulations.
Manage security personnel and liaise with law enforcement agencies as needed.
Investigate security incidents and implement preventive measures.
Manage fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, utilization, and maintenance.
Implement and monitor GPS tracking systems to enhance fleet security and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of security management experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
Ability to work with regulatory authorities and security service providers.
