Job description
Job Title: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development
Team Leadership
Customer Relationship Management
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
Collaboration
Budget Management
Qualifications:
Education:
– Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Zambia Qualifications Authority certified qualification is a must
Experience:
– Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or similar role.
Skills:
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to analyze data and market trends for business decision-making.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Competencies:
– Strong negotiation and closing skills.
– Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
