Job description

The Healing Balm Foundation is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers to brand and supply 150 T-shirts,150 Bags and 150 Cups under the Enabling Access to Justice Civil Society participation and transparency program (EnACT) in Kazungula District.

Application Requirements:

To apply, submit the following documents:

Company profile (clearly indicating physical address, names and contact numbers and official email address)
Valid copies of certificate of registration and incorporation
Valid ZRA tax registration and tax clearance certification
Proof of at least 2 Recent trade references
PACRA Registration (Print out)
A price list of items intended to be supplied

Proposal Evaluation:

Proposals will be evaluated based on the supplier’s experience, pricing and adherence to submission guidelines.

Deadline for Submission:
Proposals must be submitted no later than 26th February,2025 to  finance@thehealingbalmfoundation.org. Late submissions will not be considered.
