DESCRIPTION:

As a Trade Development Representative  at Top Image Africa, you will oversee the execution of trade development initiatives for MTN MoMo projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment, training and management of MTN agents and Merchants
Provide feedback (Reporting) on market activities to regional Managers.
Ensure optimum trade visibility within the required SLAs.
Ensure 100% execution of activations/promotions in the trade according to client briefing.
Hold agent / Handler forums in liaison with regional managers.
Work towards and implement best practices at all times.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Activate Agent/Merchant SIM cards within the stated SLA.
Drive customer payments through MoMoPay.
Provide feedback (Reporting) on market activities to the Regional Sales Coordinators & Digital Distribution Executives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma in sales and marketing or relevant business course/training.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (sales & marketing) and field force management (Telecoms/Banking industry desirable.)
Ability to work in a team environment
Confident and influential communicator at subordinate, peer and management level
