Job description
Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Direct Sales Agents to join our team at Longhorn Associates Limited. The Sales Agents will be responsible for promoting and selling our microfinance products and services to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
• Self-Motivated individuals, able to work towards meeting set targets.
• Exceptional customer service and good communication skills.
• Assisting clients with the application process for loans, and explaining the documentation required.
• Must Have a smart phone.
• Reporting sales progress and other key performance indicators to the Supervisor.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Sales and Marketing experience in microfinance/insurance will be added advantage.
