Responsibilities:

Debt Collection: Contact clients to collect outstanding payments, negotiate repayment plans, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Deliveries: Safely transport and deliver products to customers within assigned routes.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to debt collection and deliveries.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of collections and deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Servicing Vehicles: making sure all company cars are well serviced and road worthy

Warehouse management

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Experience in debt collection or a related field is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of local routes and areas is an advantage.
