Job Title: Aluminium Installation Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Aluminium Installation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminium installation, leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, managing a team of installers, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining quality control throughout all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the installation of aluminium products including windows, doors, shower, staircase, and facades.
 Manage and lead a team of installers, providing guidance and support as needed.
 Ensure all installations are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure that all installations meet industry standards and company quality policies.

Requirements/Qualifications

 Atleast 3-5 years Proven experience in aluminium installation, preferably in a supervisory role.
Certification in fabrication
Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Any nationality ( African, American, Indian, Asian, etc.)
