Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Job Type: Full-Time

At KUMA INVESTMENTS CO. LTD, we prioritize safety and security for our customers and staff. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Security Guard to join our team and help maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
Assist in enforcing the company’s rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a security guard or similar position
Energetic and physically fit to handle the demands of the job
Strong observation and communication skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment
Grade 12 certificate is preferred
Above 24 years of age
Good communication and interpersonal skills
