Job Overview:
As a Full Stack Software Developer Intern at ISWE, you’ll work closely with our experienced development teams on projects that include ERP solutions and data analytics platforms. This internship offers hands-on experience in building and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems within a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and help design, develop, and implement full stack software solutions, including ERP modules.
Assist in developing and customizing both front-end and back-end components, with a primary focus on on JavaScript and Python.
Support the integration of third-party applications and APIs with our software systems.
Assist in developing data analytics solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data processing pipelines.
Analyze project scope and contribute to creating detailed requirement documents.
Follow best practices in software development to ensure code readability, maintainability, and security.
Develop proficiency in using Git for version control and code management.
Assist in debugging, testing, and maintaining web applications on a Linux platform.
Work with containerization technologies such as Docker to streamline deployment processes.
Contribute to creating and updating technical documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
Strong focus on backend development, utilizing Python and JavaScript to build scalable solutions.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Interest in ERP systems and data analytics platforms.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems and Git version control.
Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies in a practical setting.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Docker and other containerization tools.
Familiarity with additional data analytics tools and libraries.
Interest in container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
Basic knowledge of  ERP systems.
