About HYPERLABS Zambia Ltd:
HYPERLABS Zambia Ltd is expanding its operations with the construction of a new factory. We are seeking an experienced Project Foreman to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring the project is executed efficiently, safely, and within the planned timeframe and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and adherence to project plans.
Coordinate and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to the Project Manager.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain daily records of site activities, material usage, and workforce attendance.
Liaise with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Oversee site logistics, including deliveries and workforce scheduling.
Address and resolve site challenges to keep the project on track.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in construction projects, preferably factory or industrial buildings.
Diploma or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Hands-on experience with site logistics, workforce coordination, and safety compliance.
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making on-site.
Must have a valid driver’s license (preferred).
