Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role demands a proactive and strategic professional who can manage complex financial operations while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
Manage budgeting and cash flow processes, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
Manage internal and external audit processes to ensure accuracy and transparency
Analyze financial performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements
Oversee tax reporting, compliance, and timely submission of tax filings
Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and support business growth
Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure efficient operations
Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with organizational goals
Conduct scenario planning and financial stress testing to prepare for uncertainties.
Serve as the primary financial liaison for stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and capital management strategies
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure long-term stability
Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
Undertake any other related tasks and responsibilities assigned by senior management or required by the role

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within a dynamic or fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel skills
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy development
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Expertise in financial analysis and reporting
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
Advanced skills in creating and managing budgets
Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks effectively
High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional teamwork
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
