Join a passionate team where creativity and collaboration drive everything we do! We are looking for a creative and result driven UI/UX Designer to turn our software products into easy-to-use products for our clients.
Job Purpose
As a UI/UX Designer, you will craft intuitive, visually stunning interfaces that elevate our products. You will collaborate with different people to transform ideas into pleasant digital experiences.
Main Responsibilities
Design user-centered interfaces for web, mobile, and other platforms.
Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to inform decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD.
Partner with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and ensure design concepts are translated into functional products.
Develop and maintain our design language system to ensure consistency across all us products.
Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for best practices.
Iterate designs based on user-feedback and analytics.
Key Requirements and Skills
Diploma or Higher-Tertiary Qualification in Design, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
Must be Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Must have Strong portfolio showcasing, problem-solving and visual design skills.
Must have Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with user testing tools (e.g., Usability Hub, Hotjar).
Background in enterprise SaaS, mobile apps, or fintech.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
