Job Title: Manager Ethics, Risk & Compliance

The key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:

Implement policies, procedures, and guidelines set by the group’s Ethics, Risk, and Compliance team, ensuring team compliance.
Oversee the OpCo Ethics, Risk, and Compliance strategy, budgets, and financials under the direction of the OpCo CEO.
Cascade the Group Fintech budget, analytics, and reporting framework within the function as directed by the OpCo CEO.
Deliver results under the guidance of the Group GM Risk & Compliance, ensuring regular compliance reporting.
Implement and manage the Risk Management Framework in the OpCo to address all internal and external risk
exposures (political, economic, financial, etc.).
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
Foster a risk-aware culture in the OpCo by providing ongoing education and raising awareness across the organization.
Oversee the OpCo Ethics Management program, ensuring the company conducts business in an ethical and socially responsible manner.
Manage AML/CTF and Compliance initiatives to ensure legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements are met, and proactively monitor and report any incidents.
Address fraud risks, support the BankTech product segment with fraud prevention, and ensure business continuity through resilience testing and disaster recovery plans.

Candidate Requirements

Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must
4-year degree in Business Administration / Finance or related field.
Minimum 4 to 6 years relevant experience in a similar position with at least 2 years in a managerial role
In depth experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit or a similar function, working with internal control tools
Experience in Fintech, banking or financial services is preferred
