Job Opportunity: Direct Sales Agents – Love My Décor Event Services

Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Job Type: Commission-Based

Love My Décor Event Services, a leading event décor company in Lusaka, is seeking passionate and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to join our Sales & Marketing team. If you have a knack for sales, a love for events, and the drive to succeed, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
– Promote and sell our event décor services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
– Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to drive business growth.
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
– Present and demonstrate our event décor services to potential clients.
– Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.
– Gather market insights and provide feedback to improve marketing strategies.
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
– Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

– Preferred age range: 20 – 35 years old.
– Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Passion for events, creativity, and an eye for design.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
– Ability to network and build strong client relationships.
– Must own a smartphone and have access to the internet for marketing purposes.
– Preference will be given to candidates residing in Lusaka West,  Furngroove, or areas near Mungwi / Lumumba Road.

Compensation:

– Commission-based earnings with unlimited potential based on performance.
– Salary After Successful Probation: After a – probation period, an additional fixed salary will be offered on top of commission if the sales agent consistently meets targets during the probation period.
