Depot Supervisor (1)

Key Responsibilities;

Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes.
Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
Ensure that all price lists and other customer notices are well displayed.
Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role.
Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies or Business administration.
Excellent organization skills.

Stock Controller (2)

Key Responsibilities;

Conducting physical inventory counts of inventory items and comparing them with system stock to ensure accuracy for financial purposes in all outlets.
Ensuring that products are not expiring on the shelves.
Reviewing purchase orders, delivery documents, and other records to ensure that all items delivered and received have been accounted for.
Ensure that the daily sales and daily cash banking tally.
Organizing and monitoring of Routine Stock Counts.
Keep updated Inventory records by supervising stock receipts and dispatch.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar position in a reputable manufacturing organization.
Minimum of a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, word) and working experience with any ERP software.
