Are you a dynamic individual lady with a passion for driving business growth? We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Success Executive – Back Office to provide operational service support on business tasks related to Allegro Zambia.

Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management
• Procurement / Order Management
• Warehouse Management
• Customer Support Management
• Order Dispatch Management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / Production Management / Purchase & Supply.
• 1 years proven experience in a similar role focused on Planning, Operation, or Management in service industry and customer retention.

• Fresh graduates can apply provided they meet other requirements.
• Strong understanding of Retail Business operations, sales strategies, customer relationship management, and customer experience best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting in house business operations.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within defined timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making for stock & sales management .
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
