GENERAL MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL
Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field (A Master’s degree is an advantage).
Proven experience in a senior management role within the agribusiness or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of agricultural supply chains, market trends and rural development, with experience in conducting business with government institutions and NGOs.
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to manage stakeholders effectively.
Passion for agricultural development and sustainability.
