FALANE SOLUTIONS LIMITED

JOB TITLE: SALES PERSON – ENERGY PRODUCTS

Location: Lusaka(1) And Ndola(1)

JOB PURPOSE

To drive sales and market growth for energy products including inverters, solar panels, batteries, solar water pumps, and related accessories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell solar energy products – inverters, solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, cables.
  • Identify and develop new customers, dealers, installers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, site assessments and advise clients on suitable energy solutions.Achieve monthly sales targets and grow market share.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
  • Participate in exhibitions, field marketing and product activations.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports

.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-3 years proven experience selling energy products – solar panels, inverters, lithium / tubular batteries.
  • .Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
