Position: Supervisors (Lodge / Pub & Grill) | Location: Solwezi, North-Western Province

G.Greens Lodge Pub n’ Grill in Solwezi is seeking dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Supervisors to oversee daily floor operations across our lodge, pub, and grill facilities.

Location: Solwezi, North-Western Province, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations across the lodge, dining area, pub, and grill, ensuring high service quality.
  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate front-of-house staff (waitrons, barmen, cashiers) and liaise effectively with the kitchen team.
  • Ensure prompt, courteous guest service and address any customer feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash float management, bill settlement, and shift handover reports.
  • Monitor inventory, bar stock levels, supply requisitions, and hygiene compliance across all operational areas.
  • Enforce company policies, employee punctuality, staff discipline, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven supervisory experience in a reputable lodge, pub & grill, hotel, or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must have traceable references.
