Dear Youth, the practical workplace experience you have been seeking is here! The Government of the Republic of Zambia through the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts, in collaboration with ZAMPOST, is now accepting applications for the National Internship Programme — offering 1-year hands-on professional internship placements across government ministries, quasi-government agencies, statutory regulatory authorities, and public corporations nationwide.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a Zambian Citizen holding a valid Green National Registration Card (NRC).
  • Must be aged between 19 and 35 years.
  • Must have completed at least secondary school education and hold a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate relevant to the host institution of interest.
  • Persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • The selection process is gender-sensitive and promotes equal opportunity.
  • Attendance of voluntary Zambia National Service (ZNS) is an added advantage.

Interested youth can submit their physical application packages at ANY ZAMPOST POST OFFICE NATIONWIDE.

  2. Attach your updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), certified copies of academic and professional qualifications, and a copy of your National Registration Card (NRC).
  3. Hand-deliver your application package to your nearest Zampost Post Office counter across all 10 provinces of Zambia.
