Position: Supervisor | Build the Future with iLETCO Electrical Ltd!

iLETCO Electrical Ltd is expanding its technical team and looking for qualified, experienced, and dedicated professionals to join us in Lusaka. If you have the skills, leadership, and passion for electrical and construction works, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, direct, and coordinate site teams, electricians, and technicians on daily electrical and construction activities.
  • Ensure all project operations strictly comply with electrical engineering standards, safety regulations, and company specifications.
  • Monitor project timelines, material usage, and workflow efficiency to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and safety inspections on site to maintain superior workmanship standards.
  • Liaise effectively between foremen, project managers, clients, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and submit accurate site progress, attendance, and technical reports to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated hands-on supervisory experience in commercial/residential electrical installations and construction site projects.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical safety standards, national wiring regulations, and testing procedures.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate technical teams under fast-paced project conditions.
