Job description

Kairos Cash Bay is committed to empowering schools with financial solutions that bridge fee collection gaps and keep operations running smoothly. Our flagship EduFinance product provides fast and flexible credit tailored to the rhythm of school life, helping institutions grow while focusing on what matters most – educating the next generation.

Role Overview

We are seeking sales interns to join our dynamic team and support the marketing and outreach of our EduFinance product. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial services marketing, client engagement and sales strategy, ideal for recent graduates eager to build a career in sales and education finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in marketing and promoting the product to schools and educational institutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in client outreach (calls, visits, digital campaigns).
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches and product demonstrations.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from schools to improve product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team on sales campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance or Education-related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and financial inclusion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
