New Chalala Store Opening at Kagoma Mall • Off Shantumbu Road

CrunchyKing Fried Chicken Limited is hiring experienced, results-driven Restaurant Supervisors for its brand-new store at Kagoma Mall, Off Shantumbu Road, Chalala, Lusaka.

Position: Restaurant Supervisors
Company: CrunchyKing Fried Chicken Limited
Location: New Chalala Store, Kagoma Mall, Off Shantumbu Road, Lusaka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Remuneration: Competitive salary + benefits | Performance-based incentives

Requirements:

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate with good grades.
  • 1 to 2 years’ supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food dining environment.
  • Hospitality or Business management certificate/diploma is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stock control, and shift scheduling abilities.
  • Able to work flexible shift rotas, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Preference given to applicants living near Chalala / Kagoma Mall / Shantumbu Road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store shift operations, ensuring outstanding food quality, service speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate crew members on kitchen and counter procedures.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, cash reconciliations, and daily shift sales reports.
  • Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across the store.
