JOB BRIEF

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting and selling the company’s products and services, managing customer relationships and achieving agreed sales targets.

The role requires an individual who is proactive, commercially minded and capable of converting prospective customers into long-term business relationships

Key Duties and Responsibilities

·      Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue.

·      Proactively generate sales leads through networking, referrals, client visits, telephone calls and other appropriate sales channels.

·      Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.

·      Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and business opportunities.

·      Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and departmental sales objectives.

·      Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

·      Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services that meet their needs.

·      Follow up on sales leads, quotations, proposals and prospective customers to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.

·      Conduct regular client visits to introduce the company’s products and services and explore potential business opportunities.

·      Prepare regular sales reports detailing sales activities, leads generated, quotations issued, sales conversions, and revenue achieved.

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised institution.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is an added advantage.

Experience in identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets will be an advantage.

Knowledge of ICT products and services is an added advantage.

A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
