VACANCIES: RECEPTIONIST & HOUSEKEEPER

2030 View Lodge, a hospitality establishment in Lusaka, is looking for dedicated, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. RECEPTIONIST

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, responding to guest enquiries, handling telephone calls, processing payments, and maintaining accurate front-office records.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a hotel, lodge, or similar hospitality environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Good customer-service skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle guests professionally.

2. HOUSEKEEPER

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, bathrooms, and other assigned areas of the lodge.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate is preferred.
• Certificate in Housekeeping, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, lodge, guesthouse, or similar establishment.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Honest, reliable, hardworking, and physically fit.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
