Delete your Zambia Job Alerts account
You can delete your account from the website, Android app or iPhone app. Open My career account, choose Account & privacy, then Delete my account.
Confirm with your password. Deletion removes your sign-in, career profile, uploaded CVs, cover letters, generated documents, Prepare My Application requests and account preferences. Download anything you want to keep first. Access associated with the deleted account ends. Deletion does not automatically request a refund or cancel a store subscription; manage any recurring subscription in your Apple or Google account first.
Payment references, amounts and transaction dates may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations, without your profile or document content. Copies in backups are not available in the app and expire under the backup retention policy.
If you cannot sign in, use password recovery on the sign-in page or contact contact@zambiajobalerts.com for help verifying ownership.
