Focus Properties Limited is hiring a Sales Executive to join its real-estate team, create value and build lasting client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
• Serious and target-driven, with proven sales experience.
• Real-estate, property or construction sales experience is an added advantage.
• Confident speaking to clients.
• Able to generate leads and follow up consistently.
• Proactive and able to work without being pushed.
• Creative with sales ideas and campaigns.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised and able to keep proper sales records.
• Understanding of social media and digital client engagement.
