Job description

DAPP Zambia is a non- governmental organisation that has in the last 20 years, been actively involved in long term development projects in Zambia. DAPP in Zambia is working in various thematic areas namely Education, Community Development, Agriculture and Rural Development, Health including the fight against HIV and AIDS.

FA = Framework Agreement

Required Documents: All applications must include:

·       Company Profile – clearly indicating physical address, telephones and

email address

·       PACRA Certificate of Incorporation or Registration

·       Valid ZRA Tax Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate

·       VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)

·       Trade-Specific Mandatory Certificates (e.g. NCC, ZICTA, WARMA,

ZAMRA)

·       Recent and current trade references

·       For all IT-related goods and services, applicants should show proof of being accredited as either support centres or solution providers for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, etc.

All applications must be clearly labelled “Registration of Suppliers for the Year 2027/2028” and include category being applied for; e.g. “Registration of Suppliers for the year 2027/2028 – DAPP/PQ/04/2026 – Office Furniture.”

Submission should be done by the close of business on 27^th October, 2026 and may alternatively be deposited at DAPP Lusaka Office, 13 Antelope Close, off Kudu Road, Kabulonga, Lusaka.

Current Suppliers/Contractors are required to re-apply and submit their compliance documents as applicable.
