Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Field Optimization Engineer. In this role, your mission is to promote energy efficiency and the optimisation of industrial systems in our clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing innovative solutions that generate savings, productivity and sustainability. You will contribute directly to how we create high quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

You’ll work with solutions that generate real savings, higher productivity, and lower environmental impact.

• • You will be part of a team that promotes energy efficiency in the industry, through:
    • Development of relationships with all customers, prospecting and opening new markets.
    • Identification of opportunities for improvement in compressed air systems
    • Meet the agreed optimization targets.
    • Implementation of innovative solutions such as:
      • Energy audits and performance analysis
      • Intelligent compressor automation and control
      • Upgrade of distribution networks
      • Sensors and process monitoring
      • Thermal energy recovery and resource optimization
    • Complete monitoring of the commercial process: diagnosis, proposal and closing

This role offers an onsite work arrangement to be based at our head office in Kitwe.
